Lochshen (Tagliatelle pudding bake)

Cooking time 10 to 30 mins

Ingredients
125g/4½oz tagliatelle
150ml/5¼fl oz double cream
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp brown sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Cook tagliatelle according to packet instructions.
3. Whisk together the cream, egg yolks and brown sugar.
4. Mix into the cooked pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle over the cinnamon and a little extra brown sugar.
6. Bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes. Serve.
